OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated September 29, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 301 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Finance Corporation Act, and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased, effective October 26, 2010 to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Mark A. Peck as Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation;\x0c (

b) appoint Robert A. Houlihan as Chief Executive Officer of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation; (

c) direct that the remuneration of the Chief Executive Officer of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation be within the range of $81,520 - $112,100 per annum and that he be provided with any merit awards, incentives, salary adjustments or pay for performance, commensurate with any such compensation adjustments which the Province of Nova Scotia provides with respect to non-bargaining unit civil servants, and subject to all applicable enactments; and (

d) designate Robert A. Houlihan to be and to have been an employee for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act.
