OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated January 22, 2013, and pursuant to clause 2(
d) and subclause 20(b)(iii) of
Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, is pleased to designate Dr. Robert Strang to be and to have been an employee for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act and to allow him to participate in the Public Service Superannuation Plan as it exists for the civil service employees of the Province, while employed in the public service as Chief Medical Officer of Health/Chief Public Health Officer.
