OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Community Services dated August 6, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of
Chapter 130 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Disabled Persons' Commission Act, is pleased, effective August 19, 2008, to (
a) revoke the appointment of Karen Ramsland as a member of the Disabled Persons Commission; and (
b) appoint Karl Hanson of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations as a member of the Disabled Persons Commission for a term of two years.
