On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended

(

a) effective November 1, 2021, as set out in the attached Appendix 1,

(

b) effective January 1, 2022, as set out in the attached Appendix 2, and

(

c) effective February 1, 2022, as set out in the attached Appendix 3.

Appendix 1

1 Items 19 and 32 of

Schedule 1 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, are amended in Column 4 by striking out " 2021 " in both places and substituting " 2026 ".

2 Item 11 of

Schedule 2 is amended in Column 4 by striking out " 2021 " and substituting " 2026 ".

Appendix 2

Section 5.1 (

a) of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended by striking out " Tourism Victoria " and substituting " Destination Greater Victoria ".

Schedule 1 is amended by repealing items 5 and 38.

3 Item 23 of

Schedule 1 is amended

(

a) in Column 2 by striking out " Tourism Victoria " and substituting " Destination Greater Victoria ", and

(

b) in Column 4 by striking out " 2022 " and substituting " 2027 ".
