OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated March 28, 2006, and pursuant to Sections 3(1)(

d) and 5 of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, to Sections 2 and 7(1) of

Chapter 8 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1995-96, the Internal Trade Agreement Implementation Act, and to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve a further amendment to the Agreement on Internal Trade authorized by Order in Council 94-583, as amended by Order in Council 2005-186, so as to remove the Tar Ponds Agency from the list of Government Entities Excluded from

Chapter Five found at Annex 502.2A of the Agreement on Internal Trade, and insert the Tar Ponds Agency in the list of Government Entities Covered by Annex 502.3 of the Agreement on Internal Trade as referenced in Appendix "A" to Annex 502.3 of that Agreement; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute the amendment and such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
