Order in Council 689/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection Act ,

Andrew Pringle of Toronto

be reappointed as a trustee and redesignated as chair of the board of trustees of the McMichael Canadian Art Collection to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the later of the date this Order in Council is made or July 9, 2023.
