Order in Council 798/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Indira Bains of Toronto, appointed by O.C. 15/2025 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, has resigned from her appointment effective January 30, 2026;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 6(1)(

b) of the Psychology and Applied Behaviour Analysis Act, 2021 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 15/2025 be revoked.
