Order in Council 1188/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Ontario Municipal Board Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Richard Makuch of Orléans be appointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Ontario Municipal Board for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.

Further,

whereas Richard Makuch was reappointed a full-time member of the Ontario Municipal Board for a term of three years, effective June 13, 2014, by Order in Council O.C. 768/2014;

Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 768/2014 be revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
