Statute: Crown Lands Act Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated May 30, 2018, and pursuant to clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act and pursuant to subsection 11(1) of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) issuing a deed to convey a parcel of Crown lands containing approximately 3.507 hectares (8.67 acres), located at West Paradise, Annapolis County, and shown outlined in bold on the plan marked

Schedule “A”, which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation; for an amount, not less than $75,000; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
