OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated June 17, 2008, and pursuant to clause 2(

x) of

Chapter 28 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Richard Shaffner as Superintendent of Real Estate, effective June 13, 2008; and (

b) appoint Michael Duda as Superintendent of Real Estate, effective June 13, 2008.
