OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated July 27, 2001, pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of
Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act and subsections 10(1) and (2) of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations, is pleased to: (
a) approve the granting of a loan of $2,000,000 plus $1,200 processing fee to ACA Co-Operative Limited of New Minas, Kings County, to assist in the refinancing of farm related capital improvements; and (
b) determine the rate of interest to be charged on this loan to be 7.25%.
