ORDER

1 In this Order, 'annexed land' means the land described in Appendix A and shown

on the sketch in Appendix B.

2 For taxation purposes in 2007 and subsequent years up to and including 2027, the

annexed land and the assessable improvements to it

a) must be assessed by the Town of Valleyview on the same basis as if they

had remained in The Municipal District of Greenview No. 16, and

b) must be taxed by the Town of Valleyview in respect of each assessment

class that applies to it using the municipal tax rate established by The

Municipal District of Greenview No. 16.

3 Where, in any taxation year up to and including 2027, a portion of the annexed

land

a) becomes a new parcel of land created as a result of a subdivision or

separation of title by registered plan of subdivision or by instrument or any

other method that occurs at the request of, or on behalf of, the landowner,

except for the subdivision of an existing farmstead from a previously un-

subdivided quarter section,

b) becomes a residual portion of 16 hectares or less after a new parcel referred

to in clause (

a) has been created,

c) is redesignated at the request of, or on behalf of the landowner under the

Town of Valleyview's Land Use Bylaw to another designation, or

d) is provided with water and sewer services by the Town of Valleyview,

section 2 ceases to apply at the end of that taxation year in respect of that portion

of the annexed land and the assessable improvements to it.

4 After

section 2 ceases to apply to a portion of the annexed land in a taxation year,

the portion of the annexed land and the assessable improvements to it must be

assessed and taxed for the purposes of property taxes in the following year in the

same manner as other property of the same assessment class in the Town of

Valleyview is assessed and taxed.

Notice is hereby given that:

Pursuant to

section 610 of the Insurance Act, I have approved the following

amendments to the Alberta Standard Automobile Policy SPF No. 1. The amendments

are effective March 1, 2007.

Section B - Accident Benefits

(1) Subsection 2 Death, Grief Counseling, Funeral and Total Disability is amended

by striking out "to the amount of $2000" and substituting "to the amount of

$5000".

(2) Subsection 2

Part II Total Disability, under the heading "Amount of Weekly

Benefit"

(

i) clause (

a) is amended by striking out "$300" and substituting "$400";

(ii) under the heading "For the purpose of the this

Part II" in clause (1) by

striking out "an insured person who is not" and substituting "an insured

person who is 18 years of age or over and who is not" and by striking out

"$100" and substituting "$135" and in clause (3) by striking out "$300" and

substituting "$400".

These amendments apply in respect of accidents involving an automobile that occur

on or after March 1, 2007.
