OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated August 4, 2016, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 17 of the Acts of 2006, the Licensed Practical Nurses Act , and

Section 5 of the Licensed Practical Nurses Regulations , N.S. Reg. 197/2009, made by the Board of the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Nova Scotia and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2009-193 dated April 14, 2009, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2016-163 dated July 4, 2016, to provide that the term of office of Aaron Windsor of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), and Greg Fevens of Yarmouth, Yarmouth County, as members of the Board of the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Nova Scotia is three (3) years commencing January 1, 2017.
