a) John Holdstock of Kelowna is re-appointed as a member of the board of directors of Fisheries Renewal BC to serve at pleasure for a term ending October 21, 2001, and (

b) John Holdstock shall receive a quarterly fee of $600 and $250 for each day spent doing the work of a member of the board of directors of Fisheries Renewal BC.
