Order in Council 411/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Tara Letwiniuk was appointed a part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a term of two years, effective May 18, 2016, by Order in Council O.C. 744/2016;

And

whereas Tara Letwiniuk tendered her resignation effective February 4, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 744/2016 be revoked effective February 4, 2018
