I, Rich Coleman, Minister of Natural Gas Development and Minister Responsible for Housing and Deputy Premier, order that the Power Engineers, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Refrigeration Safety Regulation, B.C. Reg. 104/2004, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

Section 1 (

e) of the

Schedule to the Power Engineers, Boiler, Pressure Vessel and Refrigeration Safety Regulation, B.C. Reg. 104/2004, is repealed.

Section 2 of the

Schedule is amended by striking out “ 2013 Edition ” and substituting “ 2015 Edition ”.

Section 3 (

a) of the

Schedule is repealed and the following substituted:

(

a) API STD 530 Revision/Edition 7 Calculation of Heater-Tube Thickness in Petroleum Refineries 2015 Edition; .

Section 4 of the

Schedule is amended

(

a) in paragraphs (

a) to (

e) by striking out “ 2013 Edition; ” and substituting “ 2015 Edition; ”, and

(

b) in paragraph (

d) by striking out “ Fibre-Reinforced ” and substituting “ Fiber-Reinforced ”.
