Order in Council 353/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14 (1.1) and 14 (2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Don McNalty of Singhampton

be reappointed as a part-time member and reappointed as Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years effective July 8, 2023 to July 7, 2026.
