OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated August 13, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 436 of Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Solemnization of Marriage Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Kimberley Grant, Customer Service Representative, of Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Deputy Issuer of Marriage Licenses, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2001-148; and (
b) appoint Shaylene Jeffrey and Donna Cameron, both Customer Service Representatives, of Halifax Regional Municipality, as Deputy Issuers of Marriage Licenses effective September 8, 2009.
