An Act to Amend the Gasoline and Motive Fuel Tax Act Loi modifiant la Loi de la taxe sur l’essence et les carburants Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 3(1) of the Gasoline and Motive Fuel Tax Act,

chapter G-3 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by striking out “tax of 15.5 cents on each litre of gasoline” and substituting “tax of 10.87 cents on each litre of gasoline”. 1 Le paragraphe 3(1) de la Loi de la taxe sur l’es- sence et les carburants,

chapitre G-3 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifié par la suppression de « une taxe de 15,5 cents sur chaque litre d’essence » et son rem- placement par « une taxe de 10,87 cents sur chaque litre d’essence ». 2 Subsection 6(1) of the Act is amended by striking out “tax of 21.5 cents on each litre of motive fuel” and substituting “tax of 15.45 cents on each litre of motive fuel”. 2 Le paragraphe 6(1) de la Loi est modifié par la sup- pression de « une taxe de 21,5 cents sur chaque litre de carburant » et son remplacement par « une taxe de 15,45 cents sur chaque litre de carburant ». 3 This Act comes into force on April 1, 2020. 3 La présente loi entre en vigueur le 1er avril 2020. 1
