Statute: Public Service Act Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 27, 2006, pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and

Section 2 of

Chapter 3 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act, is pleased, effective June 27, 2006, to charge the administration of the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act to the Honourable Carolyn Bolivar-Getson, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Advisory Council on the Status of Women Act.
