OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Immigration dated November 28, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Immigration entering into a Letter of Intent in regards to an Information Sharing Arrangement for the Express Entry System between Canada and Nova Scotia, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
