An Act Relating to Dalhousie College

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Advanced Education dated November 12, 2025, and pursuant to clause 1(1)(

a) of

Chapter 104 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1935,

An Act Relating to Dalhousie College , as amended, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Shona Kinley of Halifax Regional Municipality as a member of the Board of Governors for Dalhousie University for a term commencing December 1, 2025, and expiring on June 30, 2028; (

b) reappoint John MacIsaac of Halifax Regional Municipality as a member of the Board of Governors for Dalhousie University for a term of three years commencing December 1, 2025; and (

c) appoint Wendy Davis Johnson of Cumberland County, and Justin Ghosn, Louis Lawen, and Owen Sagness, all of Halifax Regional Municipality, as members of the Board of Governors for Dalhousie University, each for a term of three years commencing December 1, 2025.
