OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated September 9, 2003, pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 301 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Finance Corporation Act, as amended, is pleased to: (

a) confirm the leave of absence for R. Mark Gilbert as Chief Executive Officer of Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation (the "Corporation") for a period up to September 21, 2005; (

b) appoint S. Jane Fraser as Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation during the absence of R. Mark Gilbert; (

c) confirm that on the return of R. Mark Gilbert from his leave of absence, that he is reappointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation; and (

d) determine that this Order shall be effective on and from September 22, 2003.
