OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated April 15, 2008, and pursuant to subsection 3(2) of
Chapter 92 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Consumer Protection Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Jo-Ann Hamilton as Deputy Registrar of Credit effective April 11, 2008; and (
b) appoint Gerald Hashey as Deputy Registrar of Credit effective April 11, 2008.
