OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated November 29, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 327 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Ombudsman Act, is pleased to approve the appointment of a person as an assistant and employee of the Ombudsman, for a maximum term of 2 years, and such assistant and employee to be paid at the rate of pay and receive benefits equivalent to the civil service classification MCP 7.
