OIC Text: \x09The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Public Service Commission dated February 26, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, and

Article 6 of the Trust Agreement dated the 1st day of May, 1985, entered into between Her Majesty the Queen in the Right of the Province of Nova Scotia and the Nova Scotia Government Employees Union, as amended by Agreement dated November 10, 2004, is pleased to: \x09(a)\x09revoke the appointment of Gregory Lusk as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund effective on and after March 12, 2007; \x09(b)\x09appoint Jane Allt, Director, Public Service Commission, as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund, for a term of office of 3 years, effective on and after March 12, 2007 on the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement as amended; and \x09(c)\x09appoint Cathy Rankin, Benefits Manager, Public Service Commission, as a Trustee of the Nova Scotia Public Service Long Term Disability Plan Trust Fund, for a term of office of 3 years, effective on and after January 1, 2006, on the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement as amended.
