OIC Text: \x09The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 19, 2007, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: \x09(

a) purchase lands identified as Parcel Identification Numbers 00650093 and 00397869, located at Inner Sambro Island, Halifax County, containing 17 +/- hectares (42 +/- acres) and shown outlined in boldline on

Schedule "A" attached to and form part of the report and recommendation, from Fritz Peter Gross and Inge Gross, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, and assigns for $200,000.00, subject to the condition that Fritz Peter Gross and Inge Gross, their respective executors, heirs, trustees, administrators, and assigns be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and \x09(b)\x09execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
