OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated August 19, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective on and after August 22, 2024, for the purposes of an agreement between the Nova Scotia Health Authority and Google Health, to authorize the Nova Scotia Health Authority entering into net debt obligations by acquiring tangible capital assets, and to execute such agreements or other documents as may be required in connection with such transactions.
