OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated September 1, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into a Memorandum of Understanding with New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador to facilitate the development of service level agreements between the Multi-Organ Transplant Program operated by the Nova Scotia Health Authority and the organizations within the Atlantic Provinces that work with this program, as required by Health Canada’s Safety of Human Cells, Tissues and Organs for Transplantation (CTO) Regulations, in the form of agreement as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after October 5, 2015.
