Order in Council 518/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council established the Skilled Trades Panel by Order in Council O.C. 1266/2020, dated September 3, 2020;

And

whereas Shaun J. Scott was appointed as member of the Skilled Trades Panel by Order in Council O.C. 1307/2020, dated September 17, 2020;

And

whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council extended the term of the Skilled Trades Panel by Order in Council O.C. 505/2021, dated April 15, 2021;

Therefore , pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act,

Order in Council O.C. 1307/2020, dated September 17, 2020 is amended by striking out “for a period not extending beyond June 2, 2021” and substituting “for a period not extending beyond October 2, 2021”.
