OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Liquor Control Act dated March 16, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 7 of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to: (
a) appoint Allan Rowe as member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation for a term of four years, commencing May 1, 2012; and (
b) appoint Paul Kent as member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation for a term of four years, commencing May 1, 2012.
