B.C. Reg. 76/2007, deposited March 30, 2007, pursuant to the HOME OWNER GRANT ACT [Section 18]. Order in Council 173/2007, approved and ordered March 29, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 1, 2007,

section 8 of the Home Owner Grant Regulation, B.C. Reg. 100/2002, is amended by striking out "$780 000" and substituting "$950 000".
