a) Karen MacMillan be appointed to the position of Clerk in the Office of the Minister of Finance and Corporate Relations, being a position which will require the incumbent to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category B appointments in Order in Council 806/89; (

b) the appointment of Karen MacMillan, made by Order in Council 1438/98, is rescinded. Minister of Multiculturalism and Immigration and Minister Responsible for the Public Service (This
