Order in Council 2223/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of the Niagara Parks Act ,

section 3, subsection 2, clauses b, c, d and e, respectively, and upon the recommendation of the Councils indicated, the following persons be reappointed members of The Niagara Parks Commission for a period effective from the 1 st day of December, 2017 to the 30 th day of November, 2018:

Councillor jim diodati,

representing The Regional Municipality of Niagara

Mayor wayne h. Redekop,

representing the Town of Fort Erie

Councillor vince kerrio,

representing the City of Niagara Falls

Lord mayor pat darte,

representing the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake

Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport
