PARTIE 3.1 MODIFICATIONS CONDITIONNELLES Conditional amendments 7.1 If Bill 23, introduced in the Fifth Session of the 42nd Legislature and titled The Vulnerable Persons Living with a Mental Disability Amendment Act, receives royal assent, (

a) the heading for

Part is replaced with "THE ADULTS LIVING WITH AN INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY ACT"; (

b) section is replaced with the following: C.C.S.M. c. A6.1 amended The Adults Living with an Intellectual Disability Act is amended by this Part. (

c) section is amended insofar as it enacts subsection 25.4(1), by striking out "a vulnerable person" and substituting "an adult living with an intellectual disability".
