Order in Council 1836/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1036/2020, dated July 16, 2020, David G. Evans of Tiny was appointed as a member of the Township of Tiny Police Services Board for a term of three years effective July 16, 2020;

And

whereas David G. Evans of Tiny has been elected to the municipal council;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1036/2020, dated July 16, 2020, appointing David G. Evans as a member of the Township of Tiny Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
