OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated April 5, 2000, pursuant to
Section 37 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve Petition No. 36062 and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to issue a certificate, respecting the parcel of land more particularly described and shown crosshatched on the plan set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to the effect that the Crown asserts no interest or claim in or to those lands, containing about 36 acres, more or less, situate at Mattie Settlement, Guysborough County.
