An Act to amend The Stray Animals Act [Assented to March 26, 1959] Rev. Stat. c.193,

section amended 1(1) Subsection (1) of

section of The Stray Animals Act is amended by striking out the words “may be” in the third line and substituting the words “it deems”. (2) Subsection (5) of the said
