OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated August 28, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 81 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Companies Act , is pleased to, effective October 2, 2018: (
a) revoke the appointments of Nancy Homans and Karen Richard as Deputy Registrars of Joint Stock Companies, made by Order in Council 96-754 dated October 16, 1996; and (
b) appoint Jennifer Forster as Deputy Registrar of Joint Stock Companies.
