An Act respecting the Consequential Amendments to Certain Acts resulting from the enactment of The Ambulance Act (Assented to July 2, 1986) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1 This Act may be cited as The Ambulance Consequential Amendment Act.

Short title

Section of The Department of Health Act is repealed and R.s.s. 1978, c.D-17,new the following substituted: section9 "9 The minister may, alone or in conjunction with any other department or agency of government or person, provide for the transportation of drugs, materials and supplies that are required on an emergency basis, and may make any charges for the provision of those transportation services that he considers advisable". Emergency transportation of dnigs, etc. 3 Sections to 111.3 of The Northern Municipalities Act are 8 -8- 1984·85. c.N-5.1, repealed. sections to 111.3 repealed 4(1) The Public Health Act is amended in the manner set forth ~/:f.:11978. in this section.

(2) Clause 2(r.1) is repealed. (3) Clauses 73(1) (kk.1) and (kk.2) are repealed. Section2 amended
