Order in Council 360/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 7(1), (2) and (6) of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 256/2021 dated March 5, 2021 that appointed Kenneth Joseph Parker of King City as a part-time member of the board of directors to the Boards specified in the table to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective March 5, 2021 to and including December 31, 2021 and further designated him as a part-time Chair of the board of directors to the Boards specified in the table to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective July 1, 2021 to and including December 31, 2021, be amended by striking out "31 décembre inclusivement” in the French translation and substituting “31 décembre 2021 inclusivement”.
