Under the authority of

section 3 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

Beginning at a point on the centre line of the western face of the east abutment of the highway bridge spanning the

Gander

River

between Glenwood and Appleton;

Then running in a generally northerly direction along the east shoreline of the Gander River 650 metres, more or less;

Then south 83 00' east 1,450 metres, more or less;

Then south 6 00' west 4,700 metres, more or less, to the northern bank of an unknown river;

Then in a general westerly direction along the northern bank of the river to the eastern shoreline of The Outflow -

Gander

River

Then in a northerly direction along the eastern shoreline of The Outflow -

Gander

River

to the point of beginning.

All bearings refer to grid north and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping 2E/2 and 2D/15, edition 3.
