OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated August 3, 2017, and pursuant to
Section 15 of
Chapter 48 of the Acts of 2012, the Regulated Health Professions Network Act , is pleased to approve amendments to the Regulated Health Professions Network Regulations , N.S. Reg. 61/2014, made by the Council of the Nova Scotia Regulated Health Professions Network and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2014-150 dated April 22, 2014, to add the College of Paramedics of Nova Scotia as a member of the Nova Scotia Regulated Health Professions Network, in the manner set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective September 19, 2017.
