OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated March 7, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 80 of
Chapter 217 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Income Tax Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting the Nova Scotia Affordable Living Tax Credit in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after January 1, 2009.
