OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Sport and Recreation Commission dated November 19, 2002, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 43 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Boxing Authority Act, is pleased to appoint Walter R. Stewart of Sydney Mines, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority for a term of office commencing November 1, 2002, and ending March 31, 2004.
