Section 40 of

Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act , is pleased to amend the Forest Fire Protection Regulations , N.S. Reg. 135/2019, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2019-248 dated September 17, 2019, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 17, 2025.
