Order in Council 306/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 8(3) of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016 ,

Joseph Iannicelli of Oakville

be reappointed as a part-time member of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective April 9, 2023.
