OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated October 31, 2023, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1996, the Real Estate Trading Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Robert Faulkner of Amherst, Cumberland County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission for a term of three (3) years commencing December 7, 2023; and (

b) reappoint Babatunde Awoyiga of Halifax Regional Municipality (Hammonds Plains) as a member of the Nova Scotia Real Estate Commission for a term of three (3) years commencing December 18, 2023.
