OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated January 25, 2018, and pursuant to subsection 13(1) of
Part II of
Chapter 250 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Land Titles Clarification Act, is pleased to approve Petition Number 38054 and approve the Minister of Natural Resources issuing certificates of release to the effect that the Crown asserts no interest or claim to the parcels of land containing a total of 1180 hectares, more or less, which are located in the Counties of Cape Breton and Richmond as shown outlined in bold on Schedules “A” through “M” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
