OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Credit Union Act dated July 30, 2025, and pursuant to Sections 158, 160, 161 and 162 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994, the Credit Union Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Eleanor Humphries of Halifax Regional Municipality as a member of the Nova Scotia Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of three years commencing September 4, 2025; and (

b) reappoint Bev Cooke of Cumberland County as a member of the Nova Scotia Credit Union Deposit Insurance Corporation for a term of three years commencing September 4, 2025.
